The Churchill Building, also known as the Gay Building, is a nine-story, foot-tall (41 m) high-rise building located at 16 North Carroll Street in Madison, Wisconsin. The battle over the height of buildings in downtown Madison was sparked years go when the Gay Building was erected on the capitol square.
